Beacon Food Consultants (BFC) brings together more than five decades of collective experience in manufacturing, restaurants and non-commercial food service. Our founders, Michelle Nardi and Paul Zullo, are both distinguished graduates of Cornell University, each with their unique expertise.
Paul is also a Culinary Institute of America alumnus, providing a culinary and operational perspective. Michelle is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, with in-depth knowledge of nutritional analysis, allergen programs, and health trends.
